There is an endless stream of bodybuilding coaches now days with the increase in popularity of bodybuilding combined with social media. Anyone who has competed once can simply put bodybuilder and coach in their profile bio and try to get clients. Unfortunately, this has caused problems for some athletes who hire these coaches who don't have the proper experience or knowledge to truly put someone through the process of going through a prep or getting them ready for a prep. The over-saturation of the market has led to many coaches to have to go to extra measures to stick out amongst the crowd.
Even though there are more coaches now than ever, there are still a those out there who are educated and have the client's best interest in mind. There are good coaches who help bodybuilders achieve their dream and their goal of stepping on stage and being competitive.
