Chiropractic to me was always seen as this scary, negative thing. Although there is this stigma, the positive sides of chiropractic is what Dr. Joshua Moll and I chat about on episode 160 of The Weight Room. In regards to chiropractic, most people are thinking of the neck and the spine and there is a reason for that. Each group struggles for various reasons, but it often leads them to seeing a chiropractor to get some help. There are also tips he shares on how to reduce the need for seeing a professional if you're pain is something that you're causing through lifestyle.
Dr. Joshua Moll does a great job of opening my eyes about what chiropractic really is, dismisses some of the myths, and creates some positivity around an industry that has a lot of negativity surrounding it.
